SHIPPING -AUSTRALIA

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on public holidays (WA). Tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed and sent to Australia Post.

RETURNS

We can only accept the return of damaged goods. To be eligible for this return, the request must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order by contacting hello@dntlcode.com.au. Attach images as you see fit. Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.
