Compassionate Release of Superannuation
SuperCare
In some circumstances, eligible patients experiencing acute or chronic dental pain may be able to apply for early release of superannuation through the Australian Taxation Office's Compassionate Release of Superannuation (CRS) program.
DNTL Code works with SuperCare, a registered tax agent, to assist eligible patients with the application process.

Compassionate Release of Superannuation (CRS) Information
Patients experiencing acute or chronic dental pain who have no other financial means to cover necessary treatment may be eligible to apply for early release of superannuation under the Australian Taxation Office’s (ATO) Compassionate Release of Superannuation (CRS) program.
Our clinic works with SuperCare, a registered tax agent (TAN: 26080154), to assist eligible patients in preparing and lodging the required documentation directly with the ATO.
