Startwhere you are.

However long it’s been, and whatever brings you in, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

There’s nothing to explain or make up for. Tell us what’s going on, and we’ll start with where things are now, explain what we find and talk you through your options.

No lectures. No judgement. Just a plan from here.

EVERYDAY DENTISTRY

Let’s help small problems stay small.

A thorough exam, a comfortable clean and a clear picture of how things are going. How often you come in depends on you, not a blanket six months.

Your mouth tells a story.

There are known links between gum health and conditions like diabetes, heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer's, and pre-term birth, so looking after your mouth is an important part of looking after the rest of you.

DR CROC · KIDS’ DENTISTRY

Let’s make the dentist fun.

First tooth? First visit.

The best first visit is usually one where nothing is wrong. Your child meets the team, rides the chair that moves up and down, tries on the big sunglasses and counts their teeth with us. No rush, and nothing that needs fixing.

When children only see a dentist once something hurts, the two can start to go together. Regular, relaxed visits keep it familiar, and let us spot little things while they’re still little, when they’re usually simpler to look after.

Teeth can be pretty good little detectives.

We look at teeth, jaws, bite and how things are developing. We don’t diagnose everything. We do know when to look a little closer.

CDBS welcome here.

Eligible children aged 0–17 can access up to the current CDBS benefit cap for eligible dental services.

PROTECTING, RESTORING AND REFINING

Let’s fill in the gaps.

Cracked, worn, missing or heavily repaired teeth can affect how you eat, speak and feel. Whether you’re looking to protect, replace or refine, we’ll talk you through what’s suitable, how long it may last, the maintenance involved, the cost and the alternatives, including doing nothing.

We’d rather show you what it does than how impressive it looks. Each of these helps us see more, plan better or make an appointment a little more comfortable.

PATIENT ADVOCATE ROOMS

Room to talk things through.

Some conversations deserve a little breathing room.

That’s why we’ve created private spaces away from the treatment rooms and front desk, where you can ask questions, talk through your options and understand the costs without feeling rushed.

Cost matters. We’d rather talk about it clearly than make it awkward.

HICAPS is available on site for eligible on-the-day claims. Where appropriate, we’ll provide a written treatment plan so you know your options and expected costs before you decide what comes next. Payment options may also be available for larger treatment plans, subject to eligibility and terms.
