We’ve moved! You can now find us at 154 Frederick Street, Broome.

CAREERS

Better work.
Better lifestyle.

We’re building a team of good people who care about doing good work.

People who want to keep learning, contribute ideas, look after each other and help us bring more great healthcare to Broome.

And when the workday is done? Well, Broome has a few advantages there too.

WORKING AT DNTL CODE

Do good work.
With good people.

We take what we do seriously.
Ourselves? Slightly less so.

DNTL Code is a growing dental and skin clinic in Broome, built around a pretty simple idea: people living regionally should have access to excellent healthcare, modern technology and a broad range of treatment options close to home.

That takes more than a beautiful building or good equipment. It takes good people.

People who care about their patients, their teammates and the standard of their work. People who ask questions, share ideas and want to leave things a little better than they found them.

We work hard. We laugh a lot. We keep learning. And we’re building something we’re genuinely proud to be part of.

A LITTLE FURTHER FROM PERTH.

A lot closer to
everything else.

Broome can sound remote until you actually live here.

The airport is in town, with no commute more than 10 minutes and Perth is just over two hours away by air. You can spend about the same amount of time getting from Broome to Perth as you can driving from Perth to Bunbury.

The difference is what happens when you get home. No hour-long commute standing between you and the rest of your day. No winter drive to work in the dark. No waiting for a long weekend before you can get out of the city.

Beaches, cafés and resorts are minutes away. Fishing before breakfast. Camping trips into the Kimberley. Boats, sunset cruises, whale watching and weekends that can genuinely feel like weekends.

Far enough away to feel different. Close enough to stay connected.

Your commute?

Maximum 10 minutes.

Your weekend?

That part’s entirely up to you.

Fishing. Camping. The Kimberley. Cafés. Resorts. Sunset cruises. Whale watching. Warm winters. Or absolutely nothing at all.

There’s no shortage of ways to spend your time here, whether that’s adventure-filled or completely laid back.

THE BROOME BIT

Different? Absolutely.

We’re not going to pretend moving to Broome is exactly the same as taking another job down the road.

That’s rather the point.

You’re moving to a regional town. Some things take longer to arrive. Your family might live somewhere else. And there’s a reasonable chance your definition of “traffic” will change considerably.

But you also gain things that can be hard to find elsewhere. More time. More space. A close community. Extraordinary landscapes. Warm winters. Weekends that feel like proper breaks. And the opportunity to build a career while contributing to healthcare in a community where your skills genuinely matter.

For the right person, Broome isn’t the compromise.
It’s part of the opportunity.

YOUR WORKPLACE

Built to help you do your best work.

Our move into the Broome Health & Wellness Centre gave us the opportunity to think differently about what a regional healthcare workplace could be.

Purpose-built treatment rooms. Modern dental and skin technology. Dedicated surgical facilities. Digital workflows. Spaces for private conversations. Natural light. Comfortable staff areas. And enough room for our team and services to continue evolving.

  • The equipment matters because it expands what we can do locally.
  • The environment matters because you spend a lot of your life at work.
  • And the team matters because even the best workplace isn’t much fun without good people in it.

WE’RE GROWING.

Current opportunities.

We’re looking for people who care about doing good work, enjoy being part of a team and like the idea of helping us bring more great healthcare to Broome.

Different roles.
Same bigger purpose.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

Dermal Therapist

Good skin starts with a good plan.

We’re looking for a dermal therapist who believes good skin care starts with understanding the person in front of them, not simply working through a treatment menu.

You’ll work from dedicated skin treatment rooms with access to modern technology and a team focused on evidence-informed recommendations, proactive care and long-term skin health.

We’re looking for someone thoughtful, warm and clinically curious. Someone who wants to keep learning and is just as comfortable saying “this could help” as “you probably don’t need that.”

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

Dentist

Bring your implant experience to Broome.

We’re looking for an experienced dentist with implant experience who wants the scope to do interesting work, the technology and team to support it, and a pretty great place to call home.

You’ll work from our purpose-built clinic with dedicated surgical facilities, digital workflows and modern technology, alongside a multidisciplinary team providing general, preventative, orthodontic and implant care.

We’re looking for someone clinically capable, collaborative and genuinely interested in helping us continue to expand the level of care available to people in Broome and the wider Kimberley.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

Front Office Coordinator

Make the front desk feel anything but clinical.

The patient experience starts well before anyone sits in a treatment chair.

We’re looking for someone calm, organised and genuinely good with people. Someone confident on the phone, comfortable managing a busy day and naturally inclined to look at tomorrow’s books today.

You’ll help coordinate the patient journey, keep things moving behind the scenes and make sure the people walking through our doors feel welcomed, informed and looked after.

If you notice things before they become problems, enjoy connecting with people and get a strange amount of satisfaction from a well-run day, we should probably talk.

ONE DAY A WEEK

Marketing & PR

Know Broome? Even better.

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk-and-schedule-posts kind of marketing role. We’re looking for someone creative, connected and proactive to spend one day a week helping bring the DNTL Code brand to life.

One week you might be capturing content around the clinic and turning it into socials. The next might involve creating a flyer or poster, helping coordinate a promotional event, or heading out to meet another Broome business to dream up a collaboration.

It’s part content creator. Part brand guardian. Part PR. Part community connector. And occasionally, “I’ve had an idea…”

If you have a good eye, can write and create, enjoy talking to people and tend to spot opportunities others miss, we’d like to hear from you.

EMAIL ABOUT THIS ROLE

NOT YOUR ROLE?

Say hello anyway.

Dentists. Oral health therapists. Dental assistants. Front office. Skin professionals. And people with skills we may not even know we need yet.

Some of the best additions to a team happen because the right person starts a conversation before the right job title exists.

So if you like what we’re building, can see yourself in Broome and think you could add something to DNTL Code, don’t wait for the perfect advertisement.

INTRODUCE YOURSELF

Good work.
Great people.
An even better view.

READY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

Good work. Great people. An even better view.

Your next opportunity might come with more responsibility, more room to grow and a team that wants to see you do well.

It might also come with warm winters, a ten-minute commute and the Indian Ocean at the end of the day.

We don’t think that’s a bad combination.
