These consultations and treatments are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
In some cases, patients may be able to claim a portion of the fee back through their private health insurance.
A formal invoice will be issued following your appointment for this purpose.

Script Replacement Policy

Lost or misplaced prescriptions can be reissued at an administrative fee of $50.

Phone Consultations

Phone consults are billed at the same rate as face-to-face appointments.
Card details provided may be securely stored and used to process payment following the consultation.

Follow-Up Consultations

Follow-up consults are billed at the same rate as initial appointments, except for doing a spot check for someone who has already had
a comprehensive skin cancer screening in the last 12 months who needs a single lesion reviewed.

Non-Attendance and Late Cancellation

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice,
a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover clinical and administrative time.

Card details provided may be securely stored and used to process payment following the missed consultation
if the reception staff cannot contact you via phone to make the cancellation payment.

• Spot checks: $25
